    Void benefits from a high sig ability, but it is not necessary. Cap needs the high sig level for reliability.

    Depends how many sigs you have. They're both good, but cap IW basically needs very high or max sig to be effective

    Cap. Void needs 1 sig to get to his potential. Capiw needs max sig to be totally reliable. Void is just a little slower to play with, is all.
