Red Skull weird duel synergy with Punisher 2099

For some reason red skull has two synergy copy which is his 20% armor and with punisher 2099 which when he does a heal block instead of one heal block it's two and stack a lot my best was 4 heal blocks

I am not sure if punisher 2099 gets a 110% to the debuffs but it is strange I kind of test it but maybe does I don't know for sure

Oh I was beaten to this but I mean this should be fixed I mean it's cool to have red skull have many heal blocks but uh punisher 2099 may have some problems with two of them like the other person said about this bug

no it isn't, you can see that the energy timer is different in the two screenshots, and if you check your red skull you will see that he has the same three synergies two times, and they stack (Cap ww2 is getting two furies on well-timed blocks) ^_^
