Contest Credits for violating our Terms of Service

Last month I accidentally purchased All Father Orin’s Vault twice by use FaceID. Contacted Kabam and iTunes - got refunded for $139.99 and they took out 3100 units from my account. Which is that fair.

Until yesterday. Kabam locked up my units and demand me to repay $139.99 because I violated their policy. I’m confused and didn’t spent 3100 units. See attachment. I contacted Kabam however; they closed my case without my explanation. I’m not sure what to do but decided to post this.
