Who to rank up? 2016 science rank up gem

2016 5* science rank up gem r3- r4. Who to use it on? Spidergwen or Shehulk or other? Haven't completed act 6.2 yet so looking for someone to help with the Champion.

Already have cap iw, quake, Void ranked.

She-Hulk is one of top science champions and is useful for 6.2.6 aswell later act 6. Spider-Gwen and Red Hulk are 2 good options for this gem but I rate then behind She-Hulk for overall uses

She hulk absolute beast for that fight and a lot of subsequent content.
