Human Torch Prefight Fail

Used Human Torch in AW. Selected his prefight ability and nothing happened. Have video of it. You can see me select the option nothing showed on screen. I go into fight and no nova flames. Something is bugged.

If you did not see the golden diamond on the mathcup screen it failed and you have to exit the match and renter, it’s a known bug they are working on

There is a persistent charge issue across the board, Nick Fury doesnt have his LMD sometimes, White Mags sometimes cant buff his team. Game is a mess atm, but god forbid they actually make some post haste changes or roll it back to a non-bugged state

Rolling back at this point would be a non starter, it would cause more problems than it would fix, and the game is not in that bad of a state. This bug has been there for a while, it is not the same as the persistent charge bug with fury and this has an active work around.

Yeah, because its been left way too long. Its a bit of a catch-22 at this point. Its not just the persistent charges, there is crashing issues, there is certain specials that slow/temp freeze/crash the game, there has been constant bugs with new content that can both favour and hinder the player. But yeah, the game isn’t in a bad state, we havent had a relatively bug free update in about 6 months. But such is life. I don’t play the game enough to care anymore. Sit allianceless because i can’t for the life of me bring myself to play AQ or AW with how it plays right now.

100% Act 6 and a Single Abyss run and i’ve practically counted my game as complete. Which is a shame since it looked so promising not too long ago. To be fair, its not damning at this point, an update or two can put them right back on track because they have done a lot of right in 2020, but also a fair bit wrong.
