Summoner Sigil: “You have unlocked 25 milestone rewards”

Hi all! Not sure if this is a bug or not but didn’t know where else to put this. So I finally cracked and bought the summoner sigil. When I purchased it a fleeting message came up saying “you have unlocked 25 milestone rewards”. Clearly it was talking about the “Test of the Cavalier” mission. But when I went to Test of the Cavalier I only had the 5 milestone rewards to collect. There’s no extra rewards in my stash either.
Anyone had this before? Was this just a bug/glitch or do I have more juicy rewards to collect somewhere? Thanks in advance!
