I'm really asking if it's worth putting in the effort to gain her signature - not sure how useful it is.

Bones is better than garbage, and garbage goes for 6-7 as feature. I'd say 8.5-9

One could argue NC is a better defender unduped, as duping allows you to change his mode quicker.
