Is Apocalypse worth Rank 2

I have two 5* R5(Claire and Elsa) at the moment. I got 6* Apocalypse from recent cavaliers. Wondering if he is worth to Rank 2. My other 5* champs at R4 are Doom, Warlock, Venom, HT, VTD, Sunspot. There is no clear indication in the community, so asking this, appreciate your good inputs.

    I’d get doom and warlock up before him personally

    Any other inputs? Dont have T4cc for doom/warlock at the moment since I R4ed them recently. It would take few more weeks to get them considering they are rng based.
