How do I deactivate one of the Hades boosts?

I activated the incinerate boost to nullify incinerate. But the 40% attack boost it gives to the defender every time the incinerate doesn’t apply is ridiculous. After two combos if I get hit once I’m dead. It doesn’t help non-incinerate champs really at all. Now I can’t even fight the path with my incinerate immune champ. I would be better off just reviving with my void. But now I can’t even use him without ridiculously stacking furies on the defender. So I literally have to sit here and wait an hour until it’s over? This months side event is ridiculous in my opinion. The rewards are not bad but we’re only in the second week and already fighting a 45K mojo boss! Not really looking forward to fighting a 70 K doom in week four. I don’t understand the logic of Kabam from one event to the next each month?

I had that same issued the other day. I decided to get a bleed immune boost and they were getting power gain like CRAZY! I had to wait it out. Will never use another boost again.

It’s ridiculous right? What is even the point? I mean if you have to fight absolutely perfect with them then you probably don’t need them? Unless you’re lacking the right champions if you’re that good at the game I bet you’re not lacking the right champions?

I feel like you don’t really need to use bleed and poison immune boosts since they are the two most common immunities. Sure in some cases, but thankfully I haven’t seen one yet. I am struggling with the shock one tho. Thing just gets whittled down with no willpower and salve.

To remove a Soul Boost, you can just essentially apply a different Soul Boost on top of it (one intended for a different path, so shouldn’t affect you on your current path), which will then override the original Soul Boost used.

That way you don’t have to wait for it to expire to switch to using your naturally immune champ instead.

If you want some kind of hardcore Challenge ... make a deal with the devil (Mephisto) and use his Boosts.

If not, just don‘t touch them at all!

That‘s where immunities come into play. But well, taking the debuff damage might be still easier than using Mephistos buffs.

It appears the team was being a bit too clever with their “deal with the devil” boosts. Many are punitive when you get right down to it—I experimented with the poison immune boost on a Cyke/BW/someone else path in Legendary and man oh man that BW hurt.

I hadn’t used any until then and don’t plan on using any again.

I for one have no problem with most of the debuffs
(Shock,bleed,poison,incinerate) because of my rank 4 Black widow CV and my 6* Mole man. I just hate mojo as a boss
