Account Recovery

Hey everyone,

Just wanted a quick input into a particular issue. I have someone who's account got hacked and possibly email changed for the account. That person cannot do a password reset. When the account was still logged in as a saved log in on the phone, they were able to see that their account had everything except 2 star and 3 star champs deleted. After attempting to relog to fix a possible issue they realized that the password was no longer correct and encountered the issue with password recovery mentioned earlier.

3 questions:

1) Is there a way to recover to original email to reset the log in?

2) Is there a way to restore the deleted champs

3) Would the account profile info in game update with the rating to reflect said champions being deleted because I still see the account with the same info on prestige rating.

Someone must have sold those champs bud.
They cant be recovered.
It happened with me when I created my Account it got deleted but I started a new which I'm using currently

Thanks for the reply. The 3rd one basically asks if deleting champions would reflect in the account’s profile in Prestige

Their Prestige? No. Not unless their Account only has 4*s or lower. Their Total Rating, yes.

So if all 6 and 5 stars were sold then the overall champ rating on profile will go down but not prestige?

You can’t sell 5 and 6 stars

But if 4stars are top champs and r sold, so the prestige decreases.

Got it. Thanks all, you’ve been great answering my stupid questions. The whole purpose was to see if my friend is bullshitting me and just wanted someone else to use my acct.
