I find this a rather unpleasant fight. Don't hit him too much or he'll get to SP3. Don't dex too much or he'll get to SP3. Like what are you supposed to be doing here?

    Warlock - powerdrain on your sp3, regen powerdrains him.

    BWCV - sp2 powersteal in poison mode


    What worked for me, both pretty easy fights.

    Doom. Especially if he’s awakened he can steal the Power Agin buff Cable sometimes gets

    Yeh I got Warlock but he's constantly giving Cable power due to his refreshing armor ups. There is a clock on the baiting.

    It’s possible I was using g99 synergy and able to access sp3 faster but I dont remember. Maybe play it a bit slower and go ham while he has powerdrain active by either means.

    I used Dr V, alternating sp2s keeping a close eye on that nullify timer node (buffet?).
    Easy peasy but damn his heavy range is mad

    Quake works well. Just don't hit him with the heavy, and he stays at half power because you will just always have the dex, and it won't nullify
