Does anyone know if The Punisher has a level requirement to be able to pull?

Hi, im at level 37 and ive been saving up my battle chips, and wanted to know if in my level, would it be possible to pull a Punisher.

It seems like level 40 is when you can gift , so I was thinking maybe its not possible to pull pun unless you are at a certain level. Has anyone pulled one at 37 or lower? Thanks.

    He doesn't have anything to do with your level. If you have the uncollected title, you have access to uncollected arena crystals for a chance at his 5* aswell. You have a chance to pull him no matter what your level is.

    You can gift at any level if you buy the badge. I believe you have to be over level 40 to get the uncollected perks to get the 5* punisher

    There's no requirement to pull him. Just rare drops. The 4* being the most rare.

    You can pull a 4* or 3* at any level. Just need to be lucky

    I cant gift and i dont see the badge in store and ive bought diffrent units before . So i have to be uncollected for chance to pull 5*? Thanks for the info

    You have to purchase the badge with real money if you want it, it's buyable with the 30$ unit pack and up.... basically it's 30$ USD lol.

    As was stated, the Badge can be bought after Level 40, and yes, you have to complete Act 5.2 and earn the Uncollected Title to purchase the Uncollected Arena Crystals for a chance at the 5* Punisher.
