Omega Red sp 3 power steal

I’ve noticed for a while now that OR sp 3 power steal isn’t stealing. It’ll drain defenders power and regen OR as described but more often than not he doesn’t gain any power. I have tested this on between 10 spores and mostly between 25-30 spores many times. It mostly doesn’t work

    I personally haven't had a drama with him. Just curious what their power was like. If they have little to no power they have nothing to steal. I find more times than not I unleash my sp3 it starts stealing their power but ai unleashes a sp so I have nothing else to steal.

    There are certain nodes that power steal doesn't work per the character and are 'nerfed' due to local node restrictions.

    Last one I did was vs Rol Storm and she was on three bars. Her power dropped down to just below 1 bar and I got zero power. Your experience regarding them throwing sp right away is same as mine usually so I usually hold block to try and stifle that. This time I didn’t (I have it recorded) and she did’t throw at all. This has been fairly common for a while now.
