Mysterio not generating chemical gas charge on double medium

Mysterio is not generating chemical gas charge on his double medium. Can someone verify and update this thread

Mysterio has a limit of 3 chemical gas he doesn’t generate above it

If he's under Armor break debuff he will not generate any chemical gas!
