Act 3 rewards buff

So I have a new account and I just completed the first two acts and the rewards for completing chapters are sweet but I had a look at the act 3 chapter rewards there really dry all it is is iso8 unlike the act 1/2 they give you a lot of two star champions and 3 star champions surely if u want the game to be easy or fun for us newer players then surely putting better reward in place would be an excellent idea to do.
