What is the 1K unit CM deal for UC?

Is it shards or something? I’m F2P, been hoarding units since the SA calandar. I have been keeping around 1K for the offer. Now I’m curious. Does anybody have pics of it from last time? Thx.

Base it off close to the july 4th 1K deal. I would push for 5K if u can to get both the first 2 offers
