7M Alliance looking for a merge

Hi all,
we are a 7M alliance with 30 memebers, unfortunately only half of them are good and active players. So we are forced to play only two battlegroups on both AW and AQ map5.
It seems like we are in a loop where bad or inactive players replace the people we kick out every week.
This situation is lasting for too long .... therefore we are looking for a merge with another alliance with the same problem to make a huge step forward.
The target is to complete 3bgs on map5 for 5 days and play 3bgs on war
