Wasp for Ghost synergy

This is a question for people who frequently play ghost. I would consider myself a pretty good ghost player and I’m getting more and more comfortable from playing her so much, but I had a question regarding the wasp synergy. I have always used this synergy for ghost but I’m doing act 6 soon (I do have a 5* ghost and wasp) and kind of want to use the wasp team slot for someone I’ll use more. What are your thought on wasp without the ghost synergy? I’ve watched some videos and know the basic strategy for throwing specials without the wasp synergy but it feels really clunky when I’ve practiced it.

From my personal experience, I've never used ghost with wasp. I've always used Ghost alone, and it is tough. Especially with the weird AI, you're going to need Wasp. If you're going to use Ghost as a main path clearer, have Wasp. If not, use those two slots for champs that you will use more

I personally found that in a lot of the places where you’d bring ghost, she alone will be doing the entire path so bringing wasp to make that easier is better than bringing someone else who you likely wouldn’t use

I don't have any of Ghost's synergies as 5*s except ant-man. Anywhere I take her, it's without synergies. I've completed act 6, and I never needed synergies. Granted, I've been ghosting for over a year now, so it's not too problematic for me. Although the crappy AI of nowadays that "dexes" specials and does ultra instinct blocking is extremely annoying.

I completed Act 6, explored 6.1 and 6.4 with Ghost without having Wasp. I still take her into AW without Wasp as well. She was one of my most used champions even on her own.

You have to pay more attention to timing without her, rather than just casually throwing the special you have to dash back as they’re dashing in and immediately throw the SP2. It’s easier when the opponent is against the wall because they can’t run away from the special like they would in the middle of the map.

Ghost is fine without wasp, I mainly bring wasp if I need to quickly phase damage over time before I use my sp2.

After you have practice, overall is the same. I always play without Wasp and Ghost dominates a lot of act 6

I didn't have wasp past 3* so yeah it was difficult in the start but now my sp connects 8/10. The best place for me to practice her without wasp is aq map 5
