Please fix your game!!! - Loading issues!!!!!

Before my whole alliance QUITS, can you please fix your game and the horrible loading and crashing issues?!?!?!!? I am on the latest version of the game, Note 20 Ultra 5G, both WiFi and network have issues. It is all areas of the game. I'm not sure about arena since arena is horrible and I don't play it. Please fix it and it wouldn't kill you to give compensation to your player base. Other games I play do and it is a nice gesture.
