Who to rank?

I’m experiencing the bottleneck created by lack of t1a, so I have to be choosy who I rank up, and I have so many good options, I can’t decide who to concentrate on next. I’m currently on act 6.3.1, and story is my main focus at the moment. I have completion of all variants except 1, as well as path 1 and 2 in the labyrinth. Some of the champions are cut off, or else it would have been even more of a wall of pictures.
