Account failure

Good morning, it is a pleasure to greet you. I wanted to report this failure in my account since it does not allow me to enter, when I manage to do so I do not have any fighter or my profile with 2-star characters appears, I have been trying to enter for several hours but it does not allow me, I also clarify that it has been Several days there are many connection failures or to log in, sometimes up to 10 minutes trying to enter, in the arenas it takes me out of fights, it does not allow to give help to allies because it disconnects my account.
