Where's my 4* awakening gem?

I'm panicking. I just spent 1000 units to purchase a 4* awakening gem (plus 20 stones, plus 4* crystal shards). I see everything in my inventory except the item I need the most, the awakening gem. Is this a known bug?

Let's not panic! Can you first try to close the game completely, and re-open it? Then go to your inventory screen and it should appear. If it does not, then you can send a ticket to our support team and they can look into this for you.

It's a awakening gem crystal.... it won't show in your inventory.. it will be where your crystals are,
