Not able to start aq

We usually start aq at 10 am IST to adjust the timezone differences if players. The game went to maintenance just before aq was going to expire. Now after maintenance not able to start new aq. And haven't received last aqs rewards also. We are now losing time for the last day of aq

It's been two hours no reply from kabam enywhere. Reported through ingame support method I just posted here tagged evryone no reply and we are losing more time for playing the last aq of this week. Every maintenance a new problem is introduced.
