Not able to start AQ

Not able to start the AQ after the maintenance. I have tried it 4-5 times. Other officers have also tried to start it but not able to do so. We are losing time in AQ.

    Same thing is happening here. I am not able to start the AQ and all the officers of my alliance complaint the same.
