to get officer you need to be first place in every war if you last inteal season ends then you get to be officer for a season if you go to second place you are a officer for half a month. then to stay officer for ever is if you get more people in my alliance uncollected members 300k or higher rank good defense champs then be active to also if your not active you get kicked so yeah the alliance im in is ARROW FINAL SEASON TAG CW 1millon rating bronze 3 we are getting silver to pretty soon so come join the fun this used to be my top champ but its a 6* ultron
