Depends on where you are and what content you are looking at doing, while 5*s will be more benefical, warlock is the best out of the 3.

I'll assume you're not yet Uncollected so ranking Warlock is the best option.

ill go with warlock

P99 is still a great champ and you'd use him in Act 6 when you get there unlike Warlock.
