Sunspot is broken

My sunspot can't gain charges after sp1
Or a start. pls fix dis sunspot is my favorite champion cause he is a fast killer and I can't use those boost the side quest cause it just makes things worst

He's working just fine. Shock debuffs remove his charges.

shock is weakness of sunspot , atleast read his abilities on how to use him
