Once you achieve Streak=15 (past the various Thanos/Kang teams, depending on your method for getting thru them), you can’t just jump into infinite streak Team Rating requirements right away.
Starting at 15, you need to bring high teams and slowly lower that down as you progress match to match.

Like (depending what your roster is like) at 15 start with full 5* r4 (or 6* r1 equivalent), and then each next match afterwards drop one of the 3 teammates down one rank lower, gradually working down to where ultimately a team of 15k (maybe as low as 13.5) would be good forever.

After 15, use at least 5* r3 or 6* r1. Don't know about maxed 4* as I've never used them in 5* featured

I used a R4 5* with 2 R1 5*s after 20 with no issues. Used 6*s R1 and R2 on 16-20.
