Mystic R5 rank up gem, awakening gem, 45 sig stones - who should I choose?

Hey,
I got R5 mystic rank up gem, mystic awakening gem and 45 signature stones and I'm tired of waiting for Doctor. So who should I choose to invest those materials?



Main purpose:
Variant 5, Cavalier EQ and possibly Act 6.4.3-6.4.6

No suicides masteries, no Sabretooth but I do have
- Black Panther and Elsa at R4 for synergies with Tigra
- Hulbuster at R4 and Thing/Man-Thing at R1 for synergies with Sasquatch
- Sorcerer Supreme at R5, Carnage/Spider-Gwen at R4 and Mephisto at R1 for synergies with Symbiote Supreme
