Kabam, please let us do rank choice voting for the new champions.
Let us pick our 1st through 6th choice.
It really is the best way to vote for something.

Thank you for giving the community a choice and regardless thank you of all the hard work you do for the game.

I actually agree with this. Some sort of single transferable vote system wound make this much more interesting. More complicated, but definitely more interesting

there are 3 rounds for a reason so that kabam can thoroughly filter who is the most liked

Please look up what rank choice voting is. I would post a few links on how it works but I am not sure I am allowed.

BTW I didn't understand Rank choice voting worked either until I looked into it.

No worries, I hope that helps.

Another name for it is single transferable vote (STV) is a voting system designed to achieve or closely approach proportional representation through the use of multiple-member constituencies and each voter casting a single ballot on which candidates are ranked. The preferential (ranked) balloting allows transfer of votes to produce proportionality, to form consensus behind select candidates and to avoid the waste of votes prevalent under other voting systems.

Under STV, Each elector marks their ballot for the most preferred candidate and also marks back-up preferences. A vote goes to the voter's first preference if possible, but if the first preference is eliminated, instead of being thron away, the vote is transferred to a back-up preference, with the vote being assigned to the voter's second, third, or lower choice if possible.

So how do 3 rounds of voting not achieve a similar result?
If your first choice doesnt make it you get to choose someone else from the most popular.

Also this isn't like some life altering election. Its one out of the 24 champs of the next year. As far as we know the community choice champ could end up being the worst of the 24
