Infinite downloading screen - Help

To be honest, of all the bugs this is the worst. This game has been downloading for 4 hours. I deleted the game, and reinstalled it in 10 min. Then this donwload, is infinite.

Yes sir, I didn't update mine though. Its still acting like its downloading.

Any chance one of you guys can look at this? I cant access the game at all. I know that I wont receive compensation for anything I miss out on doing. It would be nice to know if there is a workaround.

Still no response. I can get a warning with 10 minutes of a post but when you really need the moderators they are no where to be found!!!!!

Im curious why the download in image 1 started as 465mb and the second image its 476mb.

Creating infinite downloads? But not actually downloading. Very odd

I haven't been informed if its a beta. Still going back and forth. I reinstalled the game, cleared all cache on my phone. Very Very annoying!!.

Im going to make this known!!! Warn me, delete me i dont give a #$@%. When you beg for help the Kabam mods do nothing. When theres a bug they do nothing. But you can be warned by Kabam Mike in 10 min for saying something he dont like. I begged for a response and the game being broken.

When there is something that benefits the player base they do emergency maintence and fix in hours. But we wait for months for a bug fix that costs us money. I am tired of getting ripped off due to a company that dont care about its player base.

So to prove my point, i just recieved a warning for using profanity, but kabam is no where to be found when theres a issue. Kabam moderators dont help.

I have an iPhone 6 and experience this infinite loading screen, too. More times than I care for it to happen. I can't wait until this starts costing me half my health tomorrow.
