I just pulled a 5* storm pyramid x. Is she any good? If so, in what ways and should I rank her up?

She has good Prowess so she can do a lot of Sp2 Damage. That's mainly it though IMO

She has a passive stun mechanic, and passive coldsnap, both bypass Masochism and debuff purify and immunity.

She absolutely destroys mix master Korg. My first try with her against Korg at tier 2 AW, didn't play well still an easy one shot!!
