6.2.6 Champion Fight last 10%

This fight is the most unfair fight i've ever seen. I spent 2000 units just trying to finish the last 10%. This is the kind of thing that makes me want to quit the game altogether. It's just not fun at all. the machanics are flawed and Dex does not work as it does when you practice against him at all. Furthermore the charges should not be reset every fight. Ive gotten it down to 1 multiple times just to die and have to spend more units to die again. I understand that money should be made and content should be challenging but I will never 100% act 6 because of this fight. Thanks kabam for being so money hungry that I no longer want to play the game that I have enjoyed for years.

    Ive practiced a hundred times. the dex it not the same. dexes i get in practice i dont get in the fight

    This shouldn’t even have been nerfed to begin with. If you take the time to practice you can easily get the 3 charges in 2 sp1s.

    Basically let him smash into your block for the first part of his special 1, and when he headbutts dashback and you will get the dex

    It sucks that you already spent a bunch of units. I always tell people to just back out if they aren't getting it yet. This goes for grandmaster fight when you get there as well. It's much cheaper to spend an energy refill and get back to the fight to practice, or wait till the morning with full energy. It is much easier now, just be patient and don't waste your units or cash

    I just finish this fight in my alt account. It was more bs for me to take him down to 10% without symbiote supreme. With the nerf, you can easily block his sp1 and dex the last part.

    Small suggestion. Have you tried 2 -3 hit combos and then dex back after the second or third hit. ? I rarely use more than 2-3 hits kinda ghost style. It helps with more challenging defenders.

    Sorry you're frustrated, but you won't find sympathy here. I did it pre nerf with capIW, others did it pre nerf with no retreat and no items.

    Many players including myself did this pre nerf 100% There is really nothing I can say but practice duels and skill up, it got nerfed a ton already.

    Depends on the Champ you're using. Some characters have spacing on their dashback that makes it hard to dex the Champion's specials reliably. Champs like Claire have this problem.
    As for other Champs, they have what I call "perfect spacing" to dex the Champion's specials. A character like Stealthy has perfect spacing, and can easily get 2 charges from one SP 1 evade.

    I'll admit, the first time I tried the fight was immediately they nerfed it. Went in with a rank 4 suicidal Claire alone and got wrecked. Wasted almost 500 units on the fight. I decided to do some variants, and got my Claire up to rank 5 then pulled Stealthy and took him to rank 4. Went in again and breezed through with one revive. It's all a matter of taking it slow and steady.

    This is one of the more skill based fights tho? Like you can throw as much money as you want at it but until you learn the timing on the dex you'll be stuck.

    All this means is that you’re not good enough. It’s the only skill based gate in the entire game. If you can’t get it down in 2000 units - 80 revives - then that my lad is entirely on you. You should have learnt the spacing by the end of that.

    block the full sp1 then dodge the last hit. After the nerf block dmg isn't bad

    this first time i did it, i got through the first 90% easy with doom. used cap iw and died and used a 40% revive and was good. i don’t understand how some people spend so many units on this fight, especially the nerfed one
