Promoting My MCOC youtube Channel?

Is it okay to promote my MCOC youtube content in the forums? I know there's a rule in the mcoc sub that states that at least 90% of our posts/interactions should not be promotions so i was wondering if it's the same here.

    i hope someone to bring the hidden champ abilities in the game.
    I recently found out that red skull has the highest block proficiency in this game, but no one likes him, or pulling him, and he also does some power drain on someone hitting his block, along with some red numbers. I was on heaven thinking i had the best block proficiency champ when i pulled a capiw, and outta curiosity, i checked in auntm.ai [ a really good website for this game, thanks to @RichardSlugberg ].
    red skull's block proficiency is almost more than 8000!!
