Nick Fury is broken

Hello

During the 5.4.5 research, I took Nick Fury on Electro. When the fight started, Nick started with second live, and his charges were not displayed on top. I hope you can fix this problem so that no one will face this in the war of alliances

    The strangest thing is that Nick Fury doesn't show the charge, and Human Torch has it

    Human torch probably shows because he has a pre-fight ability, also I was playing professor x and other persistent charged champions and the charges didn't show up either

    Nick fury is different broken, just got me killed in Alliance Quest, started fight without his LMD

    Yup happened to me in act 6.3.5 against mysterio boss as well
    Fight started normally but there was no second phase of nick
