Need high skill AQ 5/6 with War, Cavalier 300 to 700 k for mellow alliance in search of gold 1

We are adult, fun and laid back alliance. We use Line and want communicative members.
AQ 655 x 2 or 3, finishes 555 with mixed modifiers. We adjust based on war. We also run 555 during War Season. We average 4100 glory a week.
Finished War Gold 2 but really need to achieve Gold 1, close but no cigar yet.
Summoner Award has been hitting 1 mil often, but we never fall lower than 500 k weekly.
Alliance Events are Mandatory but we Max Award quickly and often receive Rank Awards.
We want an skilled communicative player, with awards you can level and rank up your heroes.
