Act 4 bug

I have been trying to finish the second to last chapter in act four for at least five months now and the game won’t let me get the final four percent I need it won’t let me click on iron mans tile and it immediately skips over it what hours I do I have repeatedly tried to restart the quest and every single time no matter which path I take to get up to it won’t fix it!!
