high demi for me
pros:-high damage output
-huge health pool
-gamma rads helps a lot
-no need to be dupe
-amazing animations
-HULK SMASH
-Suicides benefit him a lot.

cons:-gamma rads can easily kill you because the more you gain the more damage it can also be dealt to you
-lacks utility
-needs to be ramped up a bit
-slow heavies
-sp3 is slow
-specials rotations are a bit wonky

The AI is pretty passive early game. That utterly kills his rotation
