All Hulk Needs

I saw some threads on how Immortal Hulk needs a tuneup. I think he is fine but here is something you could do to make him insane.
1. Heal block immunity
2. 2.5 second Rage timer
3. 40 second cooldown on immunity.
This would make him slightly easier to play with less problems with Immortality.

I think he is fine, but this would maybe help the people who don’t think he is practical.

I saw it, but wanted to make a list of my opinions. It isn’t that I think he needs it either.
