1. Prestige has to be at least 8k or above.
2. No compromise with activeness.
3. AW tier experience must be tier 5 - tier 7
4. AQ map5 or map 6 experience.
5. Clear that we will just maintain tier 6 and G1 tag...no pressure on being platinum.
