Lost souls and skelton keys

Hi. Can someone tell me if lost souls will be converted into shards? Or i need to buy skelton keys in order to be converted into shards? Hope you understand my english (it isn’t my first language)

Starting from November 4th, your excess lost souls can be used to purchase souled out crystals, which apparently have rewards that are worse than the rewards from the soul store. So you can use all the excess lost souls to purchase these crystals and get minimal rewards...hope that helped
