Wrong catalyst Required for rank up

This is not for all champs but I noticed it only this one. And I rank up still because I had the correct rank up material but game is not taking it

    Not a bug. Karnak is dual class like Unstoppable Colossus when it comes to rank ups. He is both cosmic and skill.

    I didn't know this. If that's the case then it should be at all rank up for karnak not this specific.
