Is cavalier Hulkbuster bugged?

1. I don't gain Prowess when I nullify his Armor Ups.
2. Somehow using BWCV, I can't nullify his Armor Ups on hit? Or when it does I get shocked. Is this normal?

He doesn't have the notes so you're not suppose to earn prowess there, also hulkbuster has an immunity to nullifies so use magneto or doom
