Persistent charge nick fury

Hey i know you guys are busy so I’ll keep it short. I downloaded the new update and my nick fury is missing his persistent charge

Same thing happened to me. Took Nick Fury into both main quest and side quest and he starts degenerating immediately.

This needs fixing ASAP.

Nick Fury is definitely bugged! Ticket submitted. This is total ****. Had to revive him for a fight that I shouldn't have had to if he had life model decoy. Please fix this asap!
