Getting Access to the Sigil

I completed a milestone, and sigil didn't activate. Like I just got conquerer, and from what I read I was supposed to get access to the black iso market. Anyone else having similar issues?

    It won't activate unless you subscribe to it.

    @Ryancarp3737 did you already pay for it? If you haven't paid the subscription fee, you will not gain access to anything the Summoner Sigil offers. If you're referring to just gaining Conqueror Title, it's letting you know that if you paid for the Sigil, your access in the Black ISO Market has increased. However, just allocating any progression title will not automatically give you free access to the Summoner Sigil.
