Morningstar not Gaining Persistent Charges
I was doing some act 2 exploration because I was bored, and decided to use my morningstar that I don't use very often. But everytime I would take down an opponent, my persistent charges would remain at zero. Am I missing something?

Getting Access to the Sigil
I completed a milestone, and sigil didn't activate. Like I just got conquerer, and from what I read I was supposed to get access to the black iso market. Anyone else having similar issues?

Rank 4 Six Stars
When does everyone think we will see tier 6 basic, and tier 3 alpha. And if only one comes out at a time, will the other one be useless until the new one? Also, how many shards should a tier 6 catalyst be broken up into.
