Unable to rank up Champion

I'm having all the resources to r4 my 5* venom, but the game is showing I don't have enough t5 basic . From where t5 basic comes to r4 a 5* Champion ??

    Ranking up a 5* to r4 SHOULD NOT require any T5Basic (that is just for the next rank higher than that).

    As seen on right side, no T5 were listed as being required.

    Not sure why you got a pop-up saying “not enough T5Basic”

    perhaps restart the application? this is very odd, I have never seen anything like this.
