Tbh, he's like Blade if Blade's restricted utility was crazy damage ramp up as opposed to AAR reduction. Also without regen as well.

He is good...really good. The update was beyond what I was expecting. He can handle a lot of situations with "lock on", and even when fighting non-evade champs he hits very hard, especially after a Lv 3 special.
