Silent nerf to Nick Fury?!?

Did they nerf fury? I started in decoy mode and the persistent charge symbol is gone

no,it's just a bug,no champ can start fight without their first life,if it's a nerf,what would happen to him unawakened?..just think and then post,he would not even be a champ..
