Try focusing on that sentinel and ghost and you can clear variant 3 pretty easily

None specifically I would try to upgrade either all tech so you can do variant 3 or upgrade mystics and spider verse characters for variant 5 doctor voodoo smacks the variant 5

Great options for V5. At least try a completion run to see how it goes. Doom is enough for most of the job. R4 Symbiote Supreme if you can, he will help there too

Go for v5 first. Doom, sum supreme, voodoo,sparky are perfect for that. Upgrade your venom if you can.But it isn't necessary. You can beat it.

Also you've got sentinel , sparky, ghost and sl so do v3 after v5.
